Shipping Policy

Every Just Touch Grass order ships from Hong Kong with tracked airmail to selected destinations only.

Where we ship. We currently ship to Hong Kong SAR plus these international destinations: Australia, Austria, Belgium, China, Czechia, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Singapore, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, United Kingdom, and United States.

Where we do not ship. If your country or region is not listed above, we do not currently ship there. Checkout will only show shipping rates for supported destinations.

Shipping cost. Standard tracked shipping is US$11.99. Free tracked shipping is applied automatically when the order subtotal reaches US$42.99. At current prices, Pick Any 7 and Complete 10 qualify.

How long it takes. Our cards are made to order and usually leave the studio within 1-3 business days. Tracked airmail then takes around 7-14 business days after dispatch, depending on your location and local customs. These are estimates, not guarantees; customs and postal delays are outside our control.

Tracking. Once your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number so you can follow it all the way to your door.

Customs and duties. Any import taxes, customs fees, VAT, brokerage fees, or local handling fees charged by your country or carrier are the customer's responsibility.

Wrong address or missed delivery. Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a parcel comes back to us because of an incorrect address or a missed delivery, we'll get in touch to arrange re-shipping; extra postage may apply.

Lost or damaged in transit. If your order arrives damaged, or tracking shows it has gone missing, contact us through our contact page and we'll make it right.
