Orders, Payments & Products
Just Touch Grass sells transparent PVC photo-prop meme cards. Orders are normally made or prepared after purchase, then packed and shipped with tracking. Please check your item choices, quantities, shipping address, billing details, and email address before placing an order.
Prices are shown in USD unless the storefront or checkout displays another currency. Final order totals, shipping charges, discounts, and applicable taxes are shown at checkout before payment is completed. We may refuse, cancel, or limit orders where there is a payment issue, suspected fraud, inventory issue, pricing error, shipping restriction, or other operational problem.
We try to describe and photograph products accurately. Slight differences in screen color, print appearance, finish, protective film, or production batches can happen. Each card ships with protective film; peel the film from both sides before judging the final clarity of the card.
Shipping, Returns & Refunds
Orders ship from Hong Kong SAR with tracking to selected destinations only. All supported destinations use the same standard tracked shipping rate. Orders over US$35 ship free.
Because each card is made to order, we do not accept change-of-mind returns or exchanges. We only consider replacements or refunds for valid damaged, faulty, wrong-item, or tracking-confirmed missing-parcel claims. Full details are on the Shipping & Returns page.
Privacy & Customer Information
Our store is powered by Shopify. We use customer information to process payments, fulfil orders, arrange shipping, prevent fraud, provide customer support, operate the website, and comply with legal obligations. This can include your name, email address, shipping address, billing details, order details, payment status, and website interaction data.
We use customer information for legitimate store operations, customer service, analytics, security, and compliance. We do not sell customer contact details as a standalone product. Contact us as soon as possible through the contact page. We can only change or cancel an order before it has been dispatched.
Do you collect customs duties, VAT, or import taxes?
Only if those charges are clearly shown at checkout. Otherwise, international customers may be charged import duties, VAT, customs fees, brokerage fees, or local handling fees by their country or carrier.
Do you send order emails?
Yes. We may email you about your order, payment status, shipping confirmation, tracking updates, customer support requests, and policy or service updates that affect your order.
