About us
Just Touch Grass is a Hong Kong-based online store selling transparent novelty PVC photo-prop cards and related bundles. Products
We make reasonable efforts to describe and display our products accurately. Screen settings, photography and manufacturing tolerances may cause small differences in colour, size or finish. Product availability may change without notice.
Orders and contract formation
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An order is accepted when we send an order confirmation, subject to successful payment authorisation. We may refuse or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including for suspected fraud, payment problems, pricing errors, unsupported delivery addresses or product availability issues. If we cancel an order after taking payment, we will refund the cancelled amount to the original payment method.
Prices and payment
Prices are displayed in US dollars unless another currency is shown at checkout. Any shipping charge, discount and tax collected by us is shown before payment. Payments are processed securely by Shopify and the payment providers displayed at checkout. You confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method supplied.
Shipping and delivery
Orders are shipped from Hong Kong SAR to supported destinations. Current delivery destinations, shipping charges, processing estimates, tracking information and customs guidance are maintained in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
Returns, cancellations and refunds
Order changes, cancellations, returns, faulty or incorrect goods, missing parcels and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
Customs and import charges
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, VAT, brokerage fees or local handling charges imposed by the destination country or carrier. Unless checkout expressly states otherwise, these charges are the customer's responsibility.
Delivery details
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. If you notice an error, contact us immediately. Additional postage may apply if a parcel is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address or because it was not collected. Nothing in this clause limits rights that cannot be excluded by law.
Intellectual property
The Just Touch Grass name, website text, product photographs, graphics, designs and artwork belong to Just Touch Grass or our licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, resell or use this material commercially without written permission, except where permitted by law.
Acceptable website use
You must not misuse the website, interfere with its security or operation, introduce malicious code, commit fraud, scrape it at scale, infringe another person's rights or use it for unlawful purposes.
Third-party services
Our store uses Shopify and may link to or use services operated by payment providers, carriers and other third parties. Their own terms and privacy notices may apply when you use their services.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses that were not reasonably foreseeable. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including mandatory consumer rights.
Complaints
If you have a complaint, contact us through our contact page or at info@justtouchgrass.com. Include your order number where relevant. We normally respond within 1–2 business days and will try to resolve the issue directly with you.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published when you place an order applies to that order. Changes do not affect rights or obligations that arose before the update.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong SAR, without limiting any mandatory consumer protection rights or remedies that apply in the customer's country or region.
